Homeschool Info

Homeschooling is tough. Keeping the content areas in check but moving along is a challenge. We can help with exposing your children to grade appropriate art lessons! Morning classes held Tuesday through Thursday offer opportunities for your children to learn about line, shape, form, color, space, value, and texture. Afterschool Creator's Club

Our afterschool art club was a wonderful success last school year, and we’re excited to continue offering it this year. The club is now held Tuesday afternoons from 4:30–6:00 PM. This is a project-based, child-centered program where each child’s ideas, creative choices, and decision-making are honored throughout the process. Projects are designed to support and extend the art concepts children learn at school while allowing them the freedom to explore and express their own creativity

Kids' Sip & Paint,

Adult & Me!

Similar to our adult Paint & Sip classes, attendees paint a picture, step by step with an instructor. Painting tips are offered but the child's choice is always encouraged. We start by teaching how to draw the picture based on simple shapes. Guidance is offered. The painting is completed on a 12 x 12 inch canvas or canvas panel. Paint & Sip remains on Mondays when CCSD lets kids out of school.

In the adult & me class, we do the same but you each paint one side of a picture that becomes a whole when hung side by side.

Imagination Station

Register your youngster and then join them as their imaginations soar through building with recyclables. We have unique and various things they may use in their creations. Each session, a challenge is presented that your child can choose to take on - or skip if they prefer. Feel free to donate recyclables.

Art Lessons, Small Group

Our one day of lessons became crowded last year as we limit them to 4 children per hour. We now offer lessons on Thursday and Friday afternoons to allow more children to learn the fundamentals of drawing. Click here to register.

The opening of our splatter room gives us the opportunity to offer toddler time. This space is the perfect location for your toddler to explore and create a mess with paint. You get to leave the clean up behind and just enjoy your time with your youngster. Find more information here.
